Meet Synda - Your Trusted Technical Coach and Advisor
The founder of Insurance Technical Consulting graduated from Oregon State University with a degree in Marketing. She has worked in the insurance industry for 19 years, divided between commercial lines of the independent agency system, and the E&S sector, including Professional Liability.
She has been a CSR, an Underwriter, and a Producer. Training others was a natural part of all those jobs, but Synda discovered a passion for education and was hired as a technical coach for her last employer. In 2021 she decided to start her own company to expand coaching to other agencies.
As a seasoned insurance mentor and advisor, I’m here to empower new commercial insurance agents like you with the essential knowledge, guidance, and support to excel in the industry.
