Technical development services are tailored to meet specific needs and challenges of individual validating producers. Through a personalized approach, producer will gain the knowledge, skills, and confidence for success. Validating producers with early knowledge have a competitive advantage to differentiate themselves.

Technical Training

ITC gives producers a strong foundation in insurance principles and best practices. Complex concepts will be demystified, breaking them down into easily understandable information. By mastering the technical aspects of insurance, producers gain confidence to navigate policy analysis, assess risks effectively, and make informed underwriting decisions.

Personalized Mentoring and Support

Each producer’s journey is unique. That's why ITC’s mentoring and support are tailored to your specific goals and challenges. Through one-on-one sessions, I will assess your individual needs, identify areas for improvement, and create a customized plan for your professional development.

Professional development is also offered to support staff, as needed, on their schedule. New support staff or those who are not ready to pursue designations can get quick solutions to insurance complexities.

Pricing

Transparent and Flexible Pricing

I offer an initial consultation at no charge. This allows us to discuss your specific needs and requirements in detail, ensuring that I understand the scope of your project and can provide you with tailored solutions.

Hourly Rates

For engagements that require ongoing consulting support, rates are as follows:

  • First Consultation Free
  • 4 to 10 hours: $150 per hour (Minimum Retention $600)
  • 11 to 20 hours: $135 per hour
  • 21 to 40 hours: $120 per hour

Please note that the minimum engagement period is 4 hours.

If your project requires more than 40 hours of consultation, please contact me directly to discuss the rate that would best suit your specific needs.

Premium-based Rates

For policy analysis and evaluation based on the actual or proposed premium, the following rates apply:

  • First Consultation Free
  • $1 to $10,000: $300
  • $10,001 to $50,000: 2.5% of Premium
  • $50,001 to $250,000: 2% of Premium

If the premium exceeds $250,000, please reach out to me for a customized rate based on your specific premium amount.
