What’s better than a Cyber policy? Scanning and testing for threats before they happen.
Your prospects, insureds, and the organization where you work, may qualify for free Cyber Hygiene Services from the United States Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). These services includes vulnerability scanning, weekly vulnerability reports, testing services, and ad-hoc alerts.
Vigilant agents offer Cyber policies to their clients, which is a best practice. On top of that protection, it is recommended to do more to reduce the risk of a successful cyber attack.
While some Cyber policies offer hygiene services to insureds, not all do so. CISA offers free services to qualifying organizations. More information can be found at CISA’s website.
